Complete all your Customs documents

Ship early - Sending your shipment to our
advanced warehouse ensures it arrives at the event before
you do

The more time you give us for shipping,
the more options we can provide for shipping and pricing

If you ship via FED-EX or UPS, please be
aware that in most cases they will not deliver your shipment
to the event or pick-up after the event has ended

Label everything with the event name, exhibitor
name and your booth number

Goods cannot be delivered back to the USA
after the event unless the IRS/Tax I.D./E.I.N. number is
provided

Call North American Logistics seven days
in advance if you plan to bring exhibit or commercial goods
as airline baggage, or in your vehicle. NAL will make all
the necessary

Customs arrangements for you

US Citizens will need passport, birth
certificate or photo ID,

Citizens of other countries will need
valid passports and should check with their local Canadian
Consulate for any other requirements.

US residents should bring their "Green
Card"

as address changes, quantity changes, what is being shipped
